Since opening the doors of Closet Solutions in 1997, Pam has been providing the Knoxville area with the highest quality and latest trends in the home storage industry. Her commitment to excellence and creative vision has enabled her to expand from closets to decorative hardware, and more. She has gathered a staff including Knoxville’s most experienced and inspired designers, all who are ready to tackle your challenging storage and organizing problems.

DIANE DALTON
DESIGNER

As an interior designer for many years, Diane loves to collaborate with her clients to create beautiful and functional spaces. Whether it is a well organized closet, pantry or garage, she loves transforming areas that will simplify and enhance clients’ lifestyles. 

GINA HILEMAN
DESIGNER

Born into a family of builders, multifaceted Gina has been creating imaginative spaces for over 20 years. Experienced in both residential and commercial venues, she understands how to incorporate her clients’ needs and preferences with finishes and details that make for a superior design solution. 

COURTNEY MIMMS
DESIGNER

Courtney is originally from Brentwood, TN, but she, her husband, and their three dogs have made Knoxville their home.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  In college Courtney studied two subjects that she is passionate about interior design and animal science.  She is also a certified interior decorator.  Courtney enjoys designing spaces that fit the customers lifestyle while maximizing function.

LORI OCHEL
DESIGNER

With a degree in accounting from Duquesne University, Lori had a successful career in accounting and finance that included living on both the West coast and the East Coast. After raising three children Lori discovered her talent for art, and became an accomplished artist in oil painting and pencil drawing. Lori utilizes her artistic talent and a passion for organizing to develop custom closet designs that focus on function while still capturing your personal style.

MEGAN WARE
DESIGNER

Megan began her design career while living in Chicago and is happy to have the opportunity to utilize that experience back at home in East Tennessee. She loves to find a creative solution for a tricky space and pays close attention to the details.

INSTALLATION TEAM

Closet Solutions has the most experienced installers in East TN. They are employees of the company and never subcontracted. Our installers are highly trained in working new construction and home renovation, whether it be laminate or ventilated wire shelving. When the big day comes, you can relax with the assurance that your new closet or storage system installation is in capable hands.

MIKE FROST
GENERAL MANAGER CHATTANOOGA

Prior to joining Closet Solutions, Mike had a successful career in business including serving as the president of a global manufacturing company. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Berry College. Mike utilizes his years of experience in sales, operations, finance, and design to ensure that Closet Solutions customers have an exceptional experience from the design process through the final installation of their custom closet or other home organization project.

KATE WETTER
SHOWROOM MANAGER

Following many years of employment in the business sector and raising two children, Kate returned to college and graduated with a degree in interior design. Before moving to the Knoxville region, she started her career as a designer in the kitchen and bath industry. In her role as showroom manager, she checks each design, oversees the installation schedule and makes sure you receive exceptional service in the installation of your dream space. In her free time, you will find Kate digging in her yard. 

TOMMY CUPP
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tommy is a lifelong resident of the Knoxville area where he and his wife raised their family. He has 35 years of experience in the residential building and remodeling business. In 15 years at Closet Solutions Tommy has built every possible type of custom closet, home office, laundry room, pantry, or garage. As the operations manager it is Tommy’s mission to assure that each Closet Solutions customer is amazed by the quality work of our installation crews.

VICKI DAVIDE
ACCOUNTING

Vicki has worked for Closet Solutions close to 20 years. She started her career in the corporate world after graduating with a degree in Accounting. When she decided to stay home to raise her two children, she started working with Closet Solutions as the part time bookkeeper in the evenings. As the company has grown, so did her kids and her position at Closet Solutions. Today Vicki is involved in all aspects of the business and enjoys working with the designers, installers and managers to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.

TIM FROST
PRESIDENT

Tim joined Closet Solutions after spending 25 years in various roles with global manufacturing companies. He started his career as a design engineer, and maintained his roots in product design at each level of his career. Tim recognized Closet Solutions as a perfect pairing of his skills, experience, and enthusiasm for design. His goal is for every Closet Solutions customer to have an interactive design experience that ensures that the final design accomplishes the customer’s organization needs while also expressing the customer’s personal style. Because Tim is a veteran of the U.S Army, Closet Solutions is certified as a veteran owned enterprise.
